How to Choose Your Corset

The perfect fit

Everything depends on the shape! The first thing you need to do is decide on what model you want. Our descriptions will tell you which cuts and patterns will fit you. If you feel hesitant you can always contact us.
Next up, the fabric! We know that this can be hard, but sometimes it can be a good idea to try to ignore what fabric we showcase our corsets in. All of our corsets are available in a large selection of colours and fabrics, just ask!

The proper size

The rule of thumb when it comes to corsets is to think small. Measure your waist, then take 10-15 cm (or about 4″-6″) off. Corset sizes are indicative of what waist measurement a closed corset has. This means, quite simply, that a 20″ corset has a 20″ waist. What you also need to keep in mind is how generous the corset is in regards to your bust. You might need an overbust corset to be one size larger than an you would need an underbust to be, unless you order made-to-measure corsets or a model with a bust shape that is right for your cup size.
